Hamburg has a new landmark, the Elbphilharmonie. It took more than 10 years to build this concert hall and costs climbed up to 789 Million Euro, inofficial estimates are closer to 900 Million Euro.Labelled a money burning machine, many Haburgers and Germans did not believe there will be a finished building at all- too many things went wrong, but!
